The Panorama restaurant in the golf resort reflects traditional Czech cuisine with a modern approach. Our philosophy is the maximal usage of regional ingredients and return to the bases of cooking of our predecessors. The menu is formed in a large part with products of the ecological farm Kozojedy, we intend to stick to providing fresh products from the farm serving them directly to our clients and we will gladly explain to our guests how each dish was prepared. The food is prepared with ingredients, whose origin we clearly know, but we also know the individuals, who have dedicated their care and diligence to their production, from each loaf of bread to fruit compotes.
There is a large selection of lemonades, syrups and cocktails available at the bar prepared exclusively with homemade ingredients.
Our guests are also able to try the Hubertus beer from local brewery in Kácov, apart from the traditionally known brands.

CHEF DANIIL GOROVOY
All dishes are prepared under the direction of chef Daniil Gorovoy, who has experience from renowned restaurants in the Czech republic and representation in national teams at international events, for example, at Expo 2015 in Milan. He has been awarded several national and international awards. His specialization is the preparation of traditional dishes in innovative ways and his friendly and responsive approach towards the guests.

EKO FARM KOZOJEDY
Cooperation with the eco-friendly farm Ekofarma Kozojedy brings to the resort best quality stock produce and also supports regional organic farming. All produce from Kozojedy is marked with the official „BIO“ certificate.
The geographical situation of Ekofarma Kozojedy, which is located in the proximity of Český Šternberk, ensures the freshness of the delivered products.
The farm was established in 2012 and follows the principles of organic farming since its very beginning. Among the kept animals you can find for example the typical Aberdeen Angus “steak“ breed, original Czech breed of “Přeštický“ pigs, goats, sheep or large variety of game birds.
